Java Nurses Training Programme

A training collaboration between Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Health Sciences (Nursing) and 7 nursing schools and their affiliated hospitals in Java will enable 104 nurse educators and clinical instructors increase their knowledge and enhance their capabilities in nursing management, pedagogy and specialist skills.

The 7 nursing schools and their affiliated hospitals from the eastern, central and western regions of Java are:
• St Carolus in Jakarta,
• St Borromeus in Bandung,
• St Elisabeth in Semarang,
• Panti Rapih in Yogjakarta,
• St Vincentius A Paulo in Surabaya,
• Panti Waluya in Malang and
• Aisyiyah – Muhammadiyah in Bandung

Temasek Foundation is supporting the programme with a S$1.3 million grant.
