The programme is an initiative with Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) to encourage Singaporeans to attend NCPA’s flagship Mayors’ Class Programme. It aims to provide an opportunity for leaders from Singapore and China to come together to establish friendships, share experiences, and to strengthen bilateral bonds between the two countries.
