Public Administration (Leadership Development) Programme in Cambodia

This three-year programme, conducted in partnership with the Ministry of Civil Service and the Royal School of Administration of Cambodia, supports the Cambodian Civil Service in the leadership development of their senior civil servants.

It focuses on strengthening institutional capabilities by developing a Leadership Competency Framework for leaders and equipping them to lead change and transformation efforts in public administration across the civil service.

The programme will benefit 150 participants comprising 50 leaders.
