Student exchange programmes between polytechnics in Singapore and Asia to encourage the appreciation of diverse socio-political, cultural and technology issues via structured academic learning and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) project development among youth in ASEAN.

SCALE programmes are organised with polytechnics and universities in Asia, in partnership with Nanyang Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic.
