The Signposts for Building Better Behaviour (Signposts) programme aimed to equip families manage difficult behaviours of children (aged 3 to 15 years) who have developmental needs or intellectual disabilities. Developed in Australia, it was designed to help parents work out the reasons for their child's behaviour, learn effective ways to manage and prevent more difficult behaviour from developing in the future.

Signposts was introduced at KKH through the Temasek Foundation IMPACTT pilot programme in 2013. Through Temasek Foundation, disadvantaged families could afford the course fees for Signposts training.

The programme also included making the Signposts training more accessible to the public by translating its materials into vernacular languages.
